30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

Please provide your purchase details and the reason for the return.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Special order items or custom-made products
• Perishable goods, such as plants or flowers
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after receipt

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
