30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at enquiries@bridgehardware.co.uk or by phone at 01406 350 230 to inform us of your intention to return an item. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Please ensure that the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  5. Inspection and Refund/Exchange: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Special order items or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods, such as plants or flowers
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after receipt

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
